New Experimental Breast-Shield Bioreactor
The Breast Shield Bioreactor is a new experimental medical device that actually disrupts early tumor development and precancerous stem cells in women's breast tissue. We now wish to sponsor new clinical trials that will track highly likely candidates for breast cancer over many years. Some scientists believe that early non-invasive interventions are key.

National Breast Cancer Research Foundation real estate staff will review the property.
PAPERWORK & CLOSING
We’ll send you the closing documents to sign. We’ll take care of everything else to complete the transfer.
What is the broker referral program?
Real estate brokers and salespeople facilitate the donation of listed properties in exchange for a full real estate commission.
Why would a client donate a valuable property rather than sell it?
Many properties do not sell in a reasonable time frame. This may be due to market conditions, pricing challenges or poor conditions. Many owners will consider accepting a tax deduction for a quick painless transaction.
How does the referral program work?
If you have a property which is not selling give us a call. We can quickly tell you if it is a good candidate for donation. If your client agrees to transfer the property in exchange for a charitable tax deduction, we will arrange for title and closing at no cost. After closing the client will receive the charitable receipt and forms required for their tax return.
How much time does the process take?
Depending on title requirements, real estate donation can take a few weeks to a few months. Thanks to our streamlined process we have closed real estate donations in as little as two weeks!
How can I be assured of receiving full commission?
We will pay the full commission listed on the sales contract with your client. It will be listed in the HUD statement of the closing documents and will be disbursed by the title company upon closing. We will sign a commission agreement should this be your office recommendation.
What type of properties do you accept?
Residential, Commercial and land throughout the 50 states.
My client’s property is in need of repair or has a mortgage. Will you accept it?
Our evaluation will consider all relevant factors. In general, we try to accept any property with a net positive value after expected costs.
